It was near a lot of stores and the ac works perfect fridge and microwave are also in mint condition

Its location was favourable, really close to marshalltown and downtown. Furthermore, in the wind energy field. The room was spacious and what's more - included a roll in shower and bath sheets. The bathrooms were clean.

It had everything I needed, and I especially liked the entrance being in an alcove with three other rooms. This kept us dry when it rained and made it easier to bring in our luggage. The staff was friendly, and we never had any issues with noise from other guests. And let's not forget about the unbeatable price and location.
